The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) is an educational organization established from one of the CARICOM agreements. The purposes of CXC is to provide regionally and internationally recognized secondary school leaving examinations relevant to the needs of the region and to advise regional governments on education (Caribbean Examinations Council). The University of the West Indies is a university system established to provide the higher education needs of the residents of the Caribbean countries. The university aims to help 'unlock the potential for economic and cultural growth' in the West Indies, thus allowing improved regional autonomy' (The University of the West Indies). These are organizations that unite the Caribbean and are signs of Regional Integration, thus depicting signs of trust and tolerance within the Caribbean.
